Terms and Conditions

These Conditions shall apply in place of and prevail over any terms or conditions (whether or not in conflict or inconsistent with these Conditions) contained or referred to in any documentation submitted by the Participant or in correspondence or elsewhere or implied by trade custom, practice or course of dealing. A variation of these Conditions is only valid if Prowetsuithire.co.uk gives notice to the Participant in writing in any official material or correspondence (including via email), The Participant shall be deemed to have accepted these Conditions upon completion of the order.


Faulty Wetsuit

If the wetsuit is faulty please contact us immediately, once we have the suit back we will send out a replacement.


Returning Wetsuits

Rental wetsuits must be returned to us within 5 working days of the agreement end date.
It is imperative that you receive a receipt for the return of your wetsuit it is recommended that you send it back tracked, this is your proof of receipt. Should your wetsuit go missing and you do not have a proof of receipt you will be liable to pay for the wetsuit.

For every nick in the suit £10 will be deducted from the deposit. If the suit is torn and unrepairable the full deposit will be kept and the suit returned to the hirer. £10 will be deducted if the suit is returned dirty or damp and requires cleaning.

Maximum time after hire period has ended for returning your suit is 10 working days, after 5 working days you will be charged £2 per day over the hire period.
After the 10 working days, the full deposit will be retained and the suit will be the property of the hirer.
All hire periods are deemed to start 2 days after shipment from ProWetSuitHire.
1 season hire is for 180 days.


 Cancelled Orders

It is possible to cancel a hire at any time until it has been shipped. If an order is cancelled you will be refunded within 30 days. If you try to cancel a wetsuit by rejecting the delivery, please be aware that this will incur a heavy penalty from the courier company that will be deducted from your deposit.


Incorrect Address

If you enter an incomplete address we will be unable to refund you if the wetsuit is shipped but can not be delivered. If we incur an additional charge from the courier you will be liable for that charge. You can not correct an incorrect address within your account, you will need to contact us to change the delivery address.

Change of Address

Any change of address needs to be communicated to us by e-mail/phone at least 5 working days days before the requested dispatch date, to ensure we ship to the correct address. If the change is not received in time we will be unable to refund a wetsuit shipped to an incorrect address. Further if the courier returns the wetsuit to us undelivered there will be a charge from the courier company that will be charged back to you. If the wetsuit is delivered to the original address you are responsible for the cost of recovering the wetsuit and returning it to us at the end of the hire period.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro,and payments made via Paypal Pro.
We charge for all items as soon as your order is accepted.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of shipment. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


All our prices listed in this web site include VAT at the current rate where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. For heavier items such as bags, fins and energy drinks, we reserve the rights to charge additional postage at cost.

Tax Charges

Orders made from the UK are subject to VAT. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union prices are also subject to VAT. Orders sent to an address outside the EU, are not charged VAT, although your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer or the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.


ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 2PM WILL BE DESPATCHED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY! Orders placed on a UK bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day Monday to Friday.

Correct Suit Sizing

It is the customers responsibility to correctly measure themselves or the swimmer and to check the manufacturers sizing guides. Customer Services are available to give advice and help with advice on the sizing, but they cannot see the swimmer or how the measurements are taken, so Prowetsuithire does not bear any responsibility for the suit not being the correct sizing when received, it is the customer’s total responsibility for the size ordered. Wetsuit sizing varies between manufacturers and this is why suits can be returned for exchanged to allow customers to get the right fit.

Prowetsuithire Returns department works in conjunction with our manufacturers, our manufacturers want to be informed of any products deemed to be faulty; therefore all items returned as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for examination. Once the manufacturer and our returns department have agreed that the product is faulty, then the item can be replaced or credited. Prowetsuithire will endeavour to process this as quickly as possible subject to the manufacturer's timescales.  If however the item is deemed to be damaged due to the customers handling or fair wear and tear by the manufacturer and the returns department, then the item will be returned to the customer and no replacement or refund issued.

Secure Ordering

All precautions are taken to ensure that transactions are secure although Prowetsuithire cannot be held responsible for any breach of security. Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after placing them if the item has not already been shipped. Please call 0844 44 11 999 to cancel or email info@proswimwear.co.uk. All orders placed online are processed automatically from your submitted online order details.

Privacy Policy

Prowetsuithire does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed through one of the secure payment gateways. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
